How accurate are at home dna tests?

Q: Ex did one of these tests u pay hundreds for and u swabb the childs mouth at home. Is there any chance for error? Can it come out he is not the father and he actually is? Would hate for this to be wrong and my child to never have a father.

A: The only chance for error is in the swabbing process. In order for paternity to be established, the child and father must share DNA. So long as the child and alleged father are the ONLY ones swabbed, then the results should be conclusive.
